Cureviyo uses encrypted transport, hashed passwords, OTP verification, role-based access, protected storage, authorization checks, audit logging, and least-privilege access.

Children and dependents

Cureviyo is not designed for unsupervised use by children. A parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver should manage bookings for minors or dependents where required by law or provider policy.

Users submitting information for another person must have appropriate authority and should provide accurate contact and consent information.

Changes and processors

Cureviyo may use hosting, database, object storage, email delivery, monitoring, security, and support vendors to operate the platform. Public provider profile data may be indexed by search engines if the profile is public.

This policy may change as payments, messaging, storage, analytics, or clinical workflow features are added. Material changes should be published with an updated effective date.

Privacy contact

Send privacy requests, complaints, or suspected data incidents to privacy@cureviyo.in with the account email and relevant booking or request reference. Effective date: 6 September 2026.
