Using Cureviyo responsibly.

Platform role

Cureviyo is a healthcare discovery and appointment-management platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, insurance, dispensing, laboratory testing, imaging, transport, or guaranteed provider availability.

Patient responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate information, confirm urgent issues directly with qualified providers, carry relevant records, verify fees and timing, and avoid misusing booking, prescription, report, or account features.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must submit accurate registration, qualification, facility, pricing, availability, and contact information, and remain responsible for lawful practice, consent, records, billing, refunds, privacy, and clinical care.

Verification and bookings

A verified label means Cureviyo reviewed submitted information. It is not a guarantee of quality, outcome, current license status, or uninterrupted service. Bookings may still require provider confirmation and direct payment.

Payments and refunds

Unless Cureviyo explicitly processes online payment in the checkout flow, payments are made directly to the provider and are governed by provider policy.

If online payments are introduced later, these terms must be updated with gateway terms, refund timelines, cancellation fees, failed-payment handling, taxes, and invoice responsibilities.

User content and documents

Users are responsible for information, documents, images, prescriptions, reports, and messages they submit. Users must not upload malware, irrelevant sensitive data, fabricated documents, or content they are not authorized to share.

Cureviyo may remove or restrict content that appears unsafe, unlawful, inaccurate, abusive, infringing, or operationally harmful.

Restrictions and liability

Users may not scrape, disrupt, impersonate, upload malicious files, misrepresent professional status, or use Cureviyo unlawfully. Cureviyo is not responsible for clinical outcomes, provider conduct, offline payments, provider delays, or reliance on unconfirmed information.
